We sincerely hope that you are pleased with your order. In the rare case that you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, rest assured that we offer a hassle-free return process for a refund as set out in this Policy.

WHEN YOU PURCHASE ON OUR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. BE SURE THAT YOU CAREFULLY READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS REFUND AND RETURN POLICY AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR PURCHASE ON OUR PLATFORM.

ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 (seven) days after receipt of the label(s). The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund (if applicable). 

RETURN PROCESS

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. To ensure you have evidence of the return, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return or a parcel service. This way, you can track the shipment and have peace of mind if it gets lost in transit.

The purchase amount will only be refunded after we confirm receipt of the product(s). Please note that a refund is not applicable if Super Label Store team considers the product has been used or damaged.

REFUNDS

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item and confirm that everything complies with this policy, we will process your refund.

We will refund in the manner in which the original purchase was made.

Please allow at least 7 days to refund from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

In the event that you are overcharged beyond the posted or advertised price, we guarantee a refund of the excess amount. However, please note that if there is evidence of fraud or abuse, we may be unable to provide a refund for your purchase.

In the event that an item is misplaced during transit, we are committed to providing a complete refund, covering both the purchase price and postage fees.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please report any discrepancies concerning unreceived items at company email within 7 days of the agreed delivery period’s conclusion. After this time, it becomes increasingly difficult for us to determine the cause or location of the missing item.

Please note that Super Label Store will not provide refunds in the following circumstances:

Failure to notify us promptly about non-receipt of the purchased item.

Presentation of a valid delivery confirmation to prove receipt of the item.

We want to remind you that these provisions do not affect your legal warranty rights as a buyer. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.

At Super Label Store, we prioritize our policies and are committed to maintaining a secure shopping environment. To ensure this, we reserve the right to take action, including closing accounts, canceling or refusing orders or returns, and denying refunds, in cases of violations or abuse of our returns policy or any fraudulent activities related to returns.

CANCELATION AND CHANGES

Cancelation and Changes: No Options After Placement.

Please note that once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. The production process begins promptly, leaving no room for changes. Please take this into consideration before placing your order.

If you want to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we may choose to accept your request. However, there will be a charge of USD 15 for transaction and administration fees. This means you will receive a refund, but it will be reduced by USD 15 to cover the costs of processing payments and the time spent on cancelation, as production starts right after you place your order.

PHOTO PROOF REQUESTS

We stand by the quality of our work and promise to replace any labels that deviate from your design at no extra charge. Please be aware that if you request modifications such as color, size, or logo, there may be additional fees.

You have the option to receive a refund if you choose not to proceed with production. However, please note that a deduction of $26 will be applied to cover the expense of providing photo proof.

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction, but please be aware that such modifications might increase the turnaround time.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Attention: We offer RUSH orders!

Customers can get their woven labels quickly with our RUSH order option, available for 1000+ pieces per design. Rush fees for woven labels are $85, and hangtags are $65.

Here are the turnaround times:

Rush order: 4 – 8 business days + shipping time (based on your shipping destination)

Regular order: 8 – 12 business days + shipping time (based on your shipping destination)

Please note that the production time for your order will start after it enters the “Production status” phase, rather than when you initially place the order. You will receive an email notification when this happens. It is important to understand that we need sufficient time to create the labels, similar to the process of weaving custom fabric for the specific label size.

Please note that the turnaround time mentioned does not cover the shipping duration. Shipping to most US states usually takes 2-3 business days and may vary based on your location. You can find your estimated delivery date during checkout and in the order confirmation email.

In case we are unable to fulfill the stated production time, a refund of $85 (woven labels) and/or $65 (hangtags) will be issued to you.

US customers can expedite their shipment by UPS Overnight end of day (EOD). This option is available for most US states. You can select this option in the checkout (US only).

When you prefer expedited shipping from the distribution center to your shipping address. You can select this option during the checkout process.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES ARE PROVIDED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR TIMELINESS OF THESE ESTIMATES, AS THEY ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

SECURITY MEASURES

To ensure the security of your account and protect against fraud, it is important that you remain cautious of any suspicious calls or emails from individuals claiming to be from Super Label Store. Do not share any personal information with them and promptly hang up. Instead, contact our customer service for assistance. If we need to discuss a return with you, rest assured that we will never ask you to provide order or personal information upfront, install any software, or give us your bank account details for processing a return. However, we may require some information to confirm your identity. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

FRAUD DISCLAIMER

We do NOT accept Return Fraud.

Return Fraud Definition: Return Fraud is the act of defrauding a store via the return process. There are various ways in which this crime is committed, such as returning merchandise that the customer shoplifted or returning products that the customer has already worn, damaged or the fraudster may attempt to swap the new merchandise for a used, broken or lower-quality item.
