5.3 Verification of your Information

When Super Label Store receives any request to access, edit or delete personally identifiable information, we will first take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or otherwise taking any action. This is important to safeguard your information.

6. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA

Except as otherwise mentioned in this Policy, we keep your personally identifiable information only for as long as required:

    • to provide you with the products you have requested, or otherwise to perform or enforce a contract between us;
    • to continue to provide the best possible user experience to visitors who return to our site to collect information;

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. 7. REFUND FOR FAILED URGENT ORDERS

At Super Label Store, we are dedicated to meeting the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) that we agree upon with our customers through the Platform. However, in the event that we are unable to fulfill an urgent order by the agreed-upon EDD, we offer a refund of the rush fee paid. This refund can amount to either $65 or $85, depending on the specific order.

Cancellation of Rush Order

Once your Rush Order has been placed and we have already begun processing it upon your request, please be aware that canceling the order will result in the forfeiture of your refund. This is due to the additional rush and ordering expenses that we have already incurred. However, you will still receive a reimbursement for the rush fee amount, either $65 or $85, depending on your specific order.

8. NO REFUND

In the event that Customer fails to receive their package, whether due to being unavailable for delivery or neglecting to collect it from the post office in a timely manner, please note that the package will be returned to Super Label Store.

We must emphasize that, as this is beyond our control, Customer will not be eligible for a refund. Super Label Store does not provide refunds for such circumstances.

Addressing Incorrect Shipping Information

In this Policy, we want to emphasize the importance of providing accurate shipping addresses during checkout. If customers mistakenly enter the wrong address, the Super Label Store team can assist in changing it, but only prior to shipment and if the address is in the same country. Once the item has been sent to the incorrect address provided by the customer, Super Label Store cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise, and refunds will not be offered.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You assume the sole risk of transmitting your information as it relates to the use of this site, and for any data corruptions, intentional interceptions, intrusions or unauthorized access to information, or of any delays, interruptions to or failures preventing the use of this site. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or monetary damages, including fees, and penalties in connection with your use of materials posted on this site or connectivity to or from this site to any other site.

We may process Your information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada (PIPEDA) if You have given Us specific permission (i.e., express consent) to use Your personal information for a specific purpose, or in situations where Your permission can be inferred (i.e., implied consent). You can withdraw Your consent at any time.
