I ordered a second batch of woven tags with an updated logo that was clearly reflected in the digital proof AND in the email confirmation only for them to send another batch of old design tags. They did not include a packing slip either which is super SKETCHY. That lack of quality control is alarming. I emailed them today about it so let's see how long it takes for a resolution or if they call me a liar to save face even though I triple checked my order and still have the digital proof in hand.
