Ik heb mijn labels al op 22 februari 2026 besteld en tot op de dag van vandaag (30 maart 2026) nog steeds niets ontvangen. In de tussentijd heb ik meerdere mails gestuurd om duidelijkheid te krijgen, maar elke keer krijg ik vage antwoorden zonder concrete leverdatum.
Het is echt onbegrijpelijk dat er na meer dan een maand nog steeds geen duidelijkheid is. Ondertussen zit ik met het probleem dat ik mijn producten niet kan verkopen, en daar lijkt totaal geen rekening mee gehouden te worden.
Dit is voor mij enorm frustrerend en ronduit slechte service. Ik bestel hier absoluut nooit meer.
