Custom socks are socks knitted to your own design, with your logo, brand name or pattern built into the fabric itself. Super Label Store makes custom socks from 100 pairs per design, from $12.00 per pair, in four types: dress, athletic, grip and cycling.
Knitting is what makes the difference. The design is built from colored yarn on the knitting machine, so it is part of the fabric itself: the color and the pattern stay through every wash, the sock keeps the stretch and the feel it was built with, and the logo reads as crisply after two years as it did new. That is why Super Label Store knits every sock rather than finishing it any other way.
The terms all land in the same place. Custom socks, personalized socks, customized socks, fully custom socks, branded socks, custom branded socks, custom logo socks, socks with logo, corporate socks and promotional socks describe one product: socks knitted with your own artwork. Ordering more than one design is the same process repeated, with the minimum applying to each design.
Get your free designs first
You see the socks before you commit to anything. Super Label Store designs first and quotes second, which is the opposite of how most sock suppliers work.
1. Tell us the type and the quantity. Pick dress, athletic, grip or cycling and the number of pairs. If you are not sure which type fits, say so and we will advise.
2. Receive your designs in 1 to 2 business days. A designer looks at every request personally rather than running it through a template, and you get several concepts back rather than one. Pick the one you want, ask for changes to it, or combine two of them into a third. Revisions are unlimited, so if the logo should sit higher or the colors should shift, you say so and we redraw it.
3. Approve, and we knit. Production and worldwide delivery take 2 to 3 weeks from the moment you approve. Nothing is made before you have said yes to the design.
There are no setup fees and no design fees at any stage, including if you decide not to order.
The four types of custom socks
Each type is knitted from a different yarn for a different job, so the type you pick decides the feel, the length options and the price per pair.

Said plainly: the entry point is 100 pairs from $12.00, and at 1,500 pairs dress socks come down to $7.25, a saving of 39 percent per pair. Every quantity includes the free design work, the unlimited revisions and the Pantone matching. There are no setup fees at any tier, and shipping is free worldwide on every order.
The 375 to 500 pair range is where most brands land, because it covers a full team, a staff of a few hundred or a season of retail without carrying stock into the next year.
Custom socks in bulk and wholesale quantities
Bulk is the normal case here rather than the exception. Super Label Store knits custom socks wholesale from 100 pairs per design and up through 250, 375, 500, 750, 1,000 and 1,500, with the unit price falling at each step and no change in what is included.
Above 1,500 pairs the pricing is quoted per order rather than from the table, because at that volume the yarn and the machine time are planned around your run. Tell us the quantity in the form and you get a figure with the designs.
Three things matter when you buy socks in bulk, and they are the three most common reasons a bulk sock order goes wrong elsewhere.
One design per minimum. The 100 pair minimum applies to each design, not to the order. Three designs at the minimum is three runs of 100. If you want three colorways of one logo, each colorway is its own design.
One order can go to several addresses. A company with five offices, a league with eight clubs or a retailer with three stores can have one run split across the locations, each with its own count. Put the addresses and the split in the form and the shipment is arranged that way, with tracking per destination.
Size mix is yours to set. One Size Fits Most covers most bulk orders and keeps the logistics simple. Where you need a real range, the sizes run from newborn to adult large and you give us the split you want.
Lead time runs from approval, not from order. Designs arrive in 1 to 2 business days and production plus delivery is 2 to 3 weeks after you approve. Working back from a date, that is three to four weeks in total, and approving the design promptly is what keeps it there. Rush production is available when a date is fixed, so tell us the deadline in the form and you get a confirmed date with the designs. Every order ships with live tracking.
A custom sock manufacturer you order from directly
Super Label Store is a custom sock manufacturer rather than a reseller, which means the knitting machines, the yarn and the design team are all part of the same chain. You deal with the people who make the socks.
That matters in three places a buyer actually feels.
The design round is in house. Our own design team builds the sock artwork, so a revision takes hours rather than a round trip through a middleman. Unlimited revisions are only workable when the designer and the machine sit in the same operation.
The price is the factory price. At $12.00 per pair for 100 pairs and $7.25 at 1,500, there is no distributor margin stacked on top. That is also why the ladder drops as steeply as it does: the saving at volume is real machine time rather than a negotiated discount.
Quality control is one conversation. Pantone matching, yarn selection and the OEKO-TEX 100 certification are specified by the same team that approves the run.
Buyers find us under several names and they all describe the same operation: custom sock manufacturer, custom sock supplier, custom socks wholesale supplier, sock factory with custom branding, and custom sock maker. Whichever term brought you here, the process is the one above: tell us the type and the quantity, get designs in 1 to 2 business days, approve, and receive the socks in 2 to 3 weeks.
For brands that need a declared origin on the packaging or the label, say so in the form and we confirm the production country for your run before you approve.
Branded socks for companies, teams and promotional campaigns
Branded socks work as merchandise because they get worn rather than stored. A pen or a tote bag sits in a drawer; a pair of socks with your logo on the cuff goes into rotation and comes back out every week or two for years.
Super Label Store knits branded socks from 100 pairs for four kinds of buyer:
Clothing brands adding socks to the range. Socks are the accessory with the lowest barrier: no fit problems, no size returns, and the same logo file you already use on your woven labels runs straight onto the sock. Brands that sell apparel use the sock as the entry price point in a collection.
Companies ordering staff and client gifts. Corporate socks for onboarding kits, anniversaries, conferences and client thank-yous. Corporate branded socks sit in a different category from the usual promotional products: at 375 pairs the price is $10.50 per pair and the perceived value is well above that, because a sock is a thing people own rather than a thing they are handed. Promotional socks with a logo on the cuff get worn into rotation and come back out every week or two for years, which is repeat visibility no pen or tote bag delivers. Company logo socks for employee swag and custom socks for business gifting are the two orders we see most.
Teams, clubs and studios. Sports teams, pilates and yoga studios, cycling clubs and gyms, where the sock is part of the kit rather than a giveaway. See custom athletic socks and custom grip socks.
Events and campaigns. Race giveaways, festival merchandise, product launches and trade show handouts, usually in one design at 500 pairs or more.
A logo on a sock has one design constraint worth knowing early: it is knitted from solid yarn colors, so flat shapes and clear type reproduce exactly as drawn while gradients and photographic detail are simplified to solid color. Our design team does that simplification as part of the free design round, and you see the result before anything is knitted.
Custom athletic socks
Athletic socks are knitted from combed cotton for softness and breathability, from 100 pairs at $13.00, in no show, ankle, micro crew, crew and knee high. They are the type to pick for teams, races, gyms and any sock that gets worn while moving.
Super Label Store knits custom socks per sport, with the striping, numbering and cuff detail that each one uses. For soccer, baseball, basketball, running and team kit, see custom athletic socks.
Custom grip socks
Grip socks have the non-slip pattern knitted into the sole, which is why the grip holds after repeated washing. Super Label Store knits custom grip socks from 100 pairs at $12.75, in ankle and crew.
These are the socks pilates studios, yoga classes, barre studios and physiotherapy clinics order for their members, usually with the studio name across the cuff and the logo on the sole. For sizing, grip patterns and studio orders.
Custom dress socks
Dress socks are knitted from mercerized cotton, a treated cotton with a smooth finish that holds color better than untreated yarn, from 100 pairs at $12.00 per pair. They come in no show, ankle, micro crew, crew and knee high.
This is the type most corporate orders use, because a dress sock is worn with the clothes people already wear to work. A logo on the cuff of a crew dress sock sits just above the shoe and shows when someone crosses their legs, which is the one placement that gets seen without being loud.
Mercerized cotton is worth a sentence of its own. Mercerizing treats the cotton under tension in a caustic solution, which straightens and swells the fiber. The result takes dye more deeply, holds a smoother surface and resists shrinking, and it is the standard for a sock meant to look sharp rather than sporty.
Personalized dress socks and custom embroidered dress socks are variations on the same product. Super Label Store knits the design in rather than embroidering it on, which keeps the sock flat and comfortable inside a dress shoe where a stitched patch would rub.
For a corporate order, a crew dress sock in two brand colors at 375 pairs works out at $10.50 per pair and covers a staff of three hundred with a reserve for new starters. That is the configuration most companies settle on.
Custom cycling socks
Cycling socks are knitted from a polyamide and spandex blend, which is what holds its shape under a tight fit and dries fast. Super Label Store knits custom cycling socks from 100 pairs at $13.25, in crew and mid crew.
Crew and mid crew are the two heights cycling uses, and the choice is mostly about where you want the sock line to sit against the leg. Both carry a logo on the cuff and a second mark lower down the panel.
Cycling teams, bike clubs, bike shops and race organizers order these in one design at 100 to 500 pairs, usually matched to a jersey. If you have the jersey artwork, send it with the form and the socks come back in the same colors, Pantone matched.
Sizes, lengths and the size mix
Every type comes as One Size Fits Most, or in a full range from newborn to adult large when you need a real fit. One Size Fits Most is what most bulk orders use, because it removes the size split from the logistics without costing much in fit.
The lengths available depend on the type. Dress and athletic socks come in no show, ankle, micro crew, crew and knee high. Grip socks come in ankle and crew. Cycling socks come in crew and mid crew.
Where the sock is going decides the length more than taste does. A crew sock is the standard for a logo, because the cuff is the one part of a sock that is visible while it is being worn. A no show sock carries the logo on the sole or inside the cuff instead, which suits a retail product more than a giveaway.
For a mixed-size order, give us the split you want in the form, for example 40 percent medium, 40 percent large, 20 percent small. The minimum of 100 pairs applies to the design, so a size split stays within the same 100 pairs.
Artwork, colors and the design round
Send whatever you have. A vector file in AI, EPS, SVG or PDF with the fonts outlined gives the cleanest result, and a high resolution PNG at 300 DPI or above works just as well. A jersey, a label or a photograph of something you want matched is also enough to start from. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, send it over and the design team will advise. The sock artwork comes back to you in 1 to 2 business days.
Full Pantone color matching is included at every quantity. If you have Pantone codes, put them in the form and the yarn is matched to them. Without codes, the colors are matched as closely as the yarn range allows and you see the result in the design before approving.
What knits cleanest is worth knowing while you are deciding what to send. Solid shapes and bold type reproduce exactly. Thin outlines and very small lettering hold better on the cuff, where the knit is denser, than on the leg panel. Gradients, shadows and photographic detail are simplified into solid yarn colors, and the design round shows you how.
Revisions are unlimited and free. If the first design is not right, say what should change and you get another. Nothing goes to the machine until you have approved it.
If you would rather work from a blank sock than from a brief, our design team acts as your custom sock designer: tell us the brand, the colors and where the logo should sit, and you get two or three directions to choose between rather than one proposal to approve or reject.
Custom socks alongside the rest of your branding
The same logo file runs across everything Super Label Store makes, so one piece of artwork covers the whole set. Custom woven labels from 5 pieces for the inside of the garment, care labels from 100 pieces for the wash instructions, custom hang tags from 100 pieces for the point of sale, and embroidery patches from 10 pieces.
Super Label Store has made labels, tags and patches for more than 40,000 clothing brands and makers, rated 4.8 out of 5 across thousands of reviews. Brands that add socks to a range usually order the labels at the same time, because a sock sold under a brand name still needs a care label in the packaging.
What do brands use custom socks for?
Custom socks are one of the few branded products that get worn rather than stored, so the brand is seen repeatedly in offices, gyms, events and everyday life. Super Label Store knits them for employee onboarding gifts, trade show giveaways, corporate gifts, charity events, team uniforms, promotional campaigns, client appreciation and retail collections.
Clothing brands add them as the lowest-barrier accessory in a range, companies order them for staff and client gifts where the perceived value sits well above the $10.50 per pair at 375, teams and studios use them as kit, and events run one design at 500 pairs or more.
