Great customer service and quality

We have been very impressed using Custom Woven labels. This is the 2nd time we have purchased labels as our business grows. To date ~500 labels and can't fault them, plus the graphic looks exactly as requested.

Absolutely love the labels and plan to purchase from them again. After my first order, every reorder is a smooth and quick process and consistent throughout.

The design task was given to Jerlyn, who followed my guidance & instructions flawlessly, using a high resolution photo of a 90 year old label design. I only had one minor (1 single letter changed to an unusual font style) adjustment to her design; the Digital Proof was excellent of the final graphic design.

The resulting stitch file produced a Photographic Proof of the First Completed Unit that was exceptionally implemented, 3-colors in the threads were the correct hue, the dimensions of the label/objects were accurate, and the staff implemented my requested fine satin stitch density.

Trish has been very responsive to all sales order items & questions with tangible useful information and timeliness and performed a superb job with the transaction and fulfillment.

I have worked with many label makers over the past 20 years and your staff were the easiest to work with, have outstanding design/customer skills and the production quality was excellent. The order was delivered, fully completed and correct 28 days after initial placement and contact.

The finished woven labels look great. The colors, lettering, and overall quality are exactly what I wanted for my brand. There were some production issues that required revisions, but the team worked closely with me to resolve them and ultimately produced a label that meets my requirements. I especially appreciated their commitment to getting the details right. I’m very pleased with the final result and would order from them again. Highly recommended!
