Custom sticker sheets, kiss cut and ready to peel
Custom sticker sheets are printed stickers cut to shape and left on a backing sheet, so you peel them off one at a time instead of handling loose stickers. Super Label Store prints them in full color on 8.5 x 11 inch sheets, in eight sizes and three shapes, from 8 stickers per order at $32.95.
Two things work differently here than at most sticker printers.
You buy stickers, not sheets. The number you pick is the number of stickers you receive. How many fit on a sheet depends on the size you choose, and that is our arithmetic rather than yours.
Each sheet carries one design. A sheet from Super Label Store is your artwork repeated, not a mixed sheet of different illustrations. If you need three designs, that is three orders.
How many stickers you get, and the smallest order
The smallest order is 8 stickers at 3 x 4 or 3 x 5 inches, and 96 at 1 x 1 inch. Larger stickers take more room on the sheet, so the same order gives you fewer of them.

Written out: a 1 x 1 inch sticker fits 48 to a sheet and starts at 96 pieces, a 2 x 2 inch sticker fits 12 and starts at 24, and the largest sizes fit 4 to a sheet and start at 8 stickers.
That low minimum is deliberate. Super Label Store already produces woven labels from 5 pieces and embroidery patches from 10, and the same logic applies here: a first run should cost the price of a test, not the price of a year of stock.
Sticker sheet prices
Custom sticker sheets at Super Label Store start at $32.95, and the price follows how much material your order uses rather than the shape or the size you picked. A 1 x 1 inch sticker and a 3 x 5 inch sticker cost the same per sheet; the difference is that you get 48 of the first and 4 of the second.

Written out: a first order of custom sticker sheets from Super Label Store costs $32.95 on white paper and $37.50 on white or clear plastic, whichever size you choose, and the unit price falls steadily as the quantity rises. Plastic runs 20 percent above paper at every quantity. Shipping is free on orders over $200.
Shapes and sizes
Circle, rounded square and rounded rectangle, all with rounded edges. Circle and rounded square come in 1 x 1, 2 x 2, 2.5 x 2.5 and 3 x 3 inches. Rounded rectangle comes in 2 x 3, 2 x 4, 3 x 4 and 3 x 5 inches.
There is a practical reason every shape is rounded. A sharp corner is the first part of a sticker to lift, catch and peel, particularly on a box that goes through a courier network. A rounded corner has nothing to get under.
Rectangular sizes are produced portrait, with the longer dimension as the height. If your design works better landscape, rotate the artwork inside the editor and the sticker prints exactly as you see it.
Materials
The choice is about where the sticker ends up, not about quality.
White paper is the standard and the right answer for most packaging. It is made for indoor use and for stickers that will not meet liquid: sealing tissue paper, closing a mailer, a note inside a lid, a price panel on a box. It also takes pen ink, so you can write on it. Paper is the natural choice for a sticker whose job ends when the customer opens the parcel.
White plastic is the durable version of the same thing. It is printed on BOPP, a polypropylene film that is water and oil resistant, so it holds up on products that get handled, refrigerated or wiped down, and on the outside of a box that travels in the wet. Choose it when the sticker has to survive after the parcel is opened. Note that BOPP is a film label material rather than the thicker vinyl used for outdoor decals, so it is built for products and packaging rather than for years on a car window.
Clear plastic is the same BOPP film, transparent, so the surface underneath shows through and the design appears to sit directly on the jar, bottle or box. It has the same water and oil resistance as white plastic. One thing to plan for: there is no white ink. Anything white in your artwork prints as nothing at all, and pale colors take on the color of whatever is behind them. Clear works beautifully with a bold, dark logo on glass. It does not work with a white wordmark or a design that needs a white background.
What brands use them for
Most Super Label Store customers already order woven labels, care labels and hang tags from us, and stickers do the job those cannot: they close the parcel.
-
Sealing tissue paper and wrapping. A branded seal turns a folded sheet of tissue into packaging. Paper is the right material here, because it should tear with the tissue when the customer opens it.
-
Closing mailers and boxes. A larger sticker across the flap does the job of branded tape at a fraction of the setup.
-
Custom thank you stickers. A short message on a small sticker, applied to a card or the inside of the lid, is the cheapest personal touch in the box.
-
Product and price panels. A sticker on the back of a hang tag holds a price you can change between seasons without reprinting the tag.
-
Small business stickers for markets and events, handed out with an order or stuck on a bag.
That last one connects to something on our custom hang tags page: printing a price onto a tag ties it to one season, so most brands leave the price off and add it with a sticker instead. These are those stickers.

Designing your stickers
You can design your stickers two ways, in one tool on this page. Upload finished artwork if you already have it, or build the sticker from scratch with your own text, fonts and colors. Either way you pick the shape and size first and see the result as you go.
Three things to plan around, and they matter here because we print exactly what you approve on screen. There is no separate proof for stickers: the live preview is the proof, and you confirm it with a checkbox before the order goes in your cart.
-
Run backgrounds past the edge. A colored background that stops short of the cut line leaves a white rim once the sticker is trimmed.
-
Keep text inside the safe area. On these stickers the safe margin is the same distance inside the cut line as the bleed is outside it, and the tool shows both. Anything past that line can be cut off, because no two sheets cut in exactly the same place.
-
On clear plastic, avoid white and pale colors. They will not appear. If your logo is white, invert it or choose white paper or white plastic instead.
