1. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

We shall ensure that all such safeguards, including the manner in which Personal Information is collected, accessed, used, stored, processed, disposed of and disclosed, comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws, as well as the terms of this Agreement.
We are not liable, and you agree not to hold us responsible for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including, but not limited to:

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of law.
